Simply put the goal is to ATTRACT as many BUYERS as possible to your property so we sell your home at the highest price, in the shortest time frame and with little or no stress.  There are several key areas to a successful marketing plan:

  • Marketing Tools – what VEHICLES we will use to showcase your property to prospective buyers, these can include, a web page, virtual tour, MLS page, social networks, marketing partners, Open Houses, Broker Tours, online websites, auctions, signage, showings.

  • Pricing – what our opening price and PRICING STRATEGY will be to attract the right buyer and if needed how/when will we re-price the property.
  • Responsiveness – how often we will CONTACT you to update you on the sale of your home.  This can be weekly or after each showing. Until you work with us you may not have experienced what client support and service should be.
  • Reporting – what should you expect regarding RECORDS of visits – do you want to see them.  We will keep you informed of current market conditions so you are aware of changes that can affect your sale.
  • Professionalism – in our representation of your property we assure that only the highest ETHICAL standards are maintained.  This extends to other Realtors or anyone who has an interest in the property.   Your privacy and confidence are most important to us at all times.
