Pricing – what our opening price and PRICING STRATEGY will be to attract the right buyer and if needed how/when will we re-price the property.
Responsiveness – how often we will CONTACT you to update you on the sale of your home. This can be weekly or after each showing. Until you work with us you may not have experienced what client support and service should be.
Reporting – what should you expect regarding RECORDS of visits – do you want to see them. We will keep you informed of current market conditions so you are aware of changes that can affect your sale.
