The Offer

We are “obligated” to present all OFFERS to you.  When a buyer submits an offer for your home, we will meet with you to discuss and advise you on the offer and all of its terms and contingencies.  We NEGOTIATE on your behalf and are experienced negotiators successful in bringing buyers and sellers together.
When both sides arrive at a point where they feel they have won and compromised where needed, that’s where agreements are made.  When you and the buyer agree to terms you will sign and ACCEPT the offer and the buyer will provide an earnest money deposit to bind the offer. At this point you will move on to the home inspection.
