Expect us to go through the property with you in detail and discuss key selling features, new updates, history of the property, verify data from PUBLIC RECORDS, PERMITS, what will convey with the house in terms of appliances, window treatments, etc.  What you wish to exclude from the sale. 

We will visit the local Town Hall to VERIFY DATA, zoning, any easements and tax assessment information.  We will give you our opinion on staging the property for maximum impact at showings and open houses.

We are not judgmental – rather factual and honest in terms of what we believe your property’s ASKING PRICE should be and consequently for what it can be sold. Your Marketing Plan will be discussed and we fully expect to sell your home quickly, beating the average days-on-market for your neighborhood.
