This national, award-winning real estate development is celebrating its 10 year milestone this month and given the economy, is some 50% complete in its planned build out to 2,983 homes. This on 70% of the 3,174 acre site located in the corridor between Boston and Cape Cod. It’s actually only about 8 miles to the Sagamore Bridge, so it’s closer to the Cape than the 45 miles to Boston.

As a local Realtor I admit an affinity to The Pinehills and Plymouth MA as I built a home there on one of the two highly regarded golf courses. This in 2003-4 where I had the opportunity to see much of the construction and walked in and around many of the homes, condos and commercial space while being built. So I’ve watched the change and I like what I see today.

I also admit I moved from The Pinehills in 2007 to a private pond setting only one exit away. There is a story here but you’ll have to call me. And it’s worth the call if you’re contemplating a move to the The Pinehills and Plymouth MA as I did.

I’ve spent time walking/running/biking each of the 7 miles of trails, played many rounds of golf on both the Rees Jones and Nicklaus designed courses, I know each area in the development and its history including some of the builders and management. And of course I’ve bought and sold real estate there over this time and have a current resale listing.

Currently there are some great values in The Pinehills if you will consider resale homes. I just sold a single-family home of 3,000 sq.ft. for $584,000 that was a model home selling for $700,000 when built. It’s just the reality of the marketplace. There are 41 single-family listings with prices from $310,000 to $2,125,000. And if interested in a condo where you can get 3,000 sq.ft. – prices start at $329,000 and 25 are available.

Everything about The Pinehills in Plymouth MA is about convenience. With a new Market Store (similar to Whole Foods) a great wine and liquor store, café, restaurant, a charming old style post office, a fitness club, two golf courses and a new gas station under construction, you never have to leave.

The week we moved into The Pinehills, my wife and I walked across the street with a bottle and two glasses of wine in our hands and set on the porch with the neighbors after introducing ourselves. It’s that type of community and it continues to grow to this day.

Call me for more information on demographics, HOA costs and homes available and let me personally introduce you to The Pinehills Plymouth MA. I can also help sellers – and buyers of new construction.
