Venice FL home
I recently initiated a local Facebook Ad offering a FREE list of current homes in the Venice, FL market all under $300,000. This is the hottest market area and also one with the least inventory.

I am not just doing this to advertise or generate business, but actually interested in the level of response to this price point in the market. Between $200 – $300,000 there are less than 100 homes on market. Once below $250,000, many of these homes will require renovations. But these are an alternative for those on limited budgets, do not want gated communities with HOA fees, and prefer to live closer to a downtown location.

The initial list is those over $250,000 to $300,000 with some homes in gated communities. But if you have specific requirements I can modify the list for you. If you are interested in the list just drop me an email or call me. Happy to send it your way.
